While Star Trek: Strange New Worlds may be ending, we’ve still got Seasons 4 and 5 coming to Paramount+. Today, at CCXP 2026, some of the cast of the series revealed a fresh look at the upcoming fourth season. Previously, we’ve seen a tease for Season 4 that featured Anson Mount’s Captain Christopher Pike as a puppet. Strange New Worlds has always pushed the boundaries of what Star Trek could do, even with the musical episode “Subspace Rhapsody“. Now, it seems Season 4 will continue this trend.
However, before we see the trailer – linked below – Paramount have also confirmed that Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4 will air on July 23rd 2026. New episodes of the 10-episode-long season will be available weekly on Thursdays through Thursday, September 24. The streamer dropped a new teaser at CCXP Mexico, giving fans of the series a sneak peek. An official logline describes the upcoming fourth season as follows:
In season four of the Paramount+ original series, the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise — led by Captain Christopher Pike — embark on a series of thrilling and emotional adventures across the stars. As they journey to strange new worlds, they will battle inner demons and external threats, encounter colorful new characters, reunite with familiar faces and confront terrifying aliens. Through it all, they strive to embrace a bright, hopeful future.

A New Look at Strange New Worlds Season 4
While CCXP saw the new trailer for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4, nine new images were also released. These are pictures from the first and second episodes of Strange New Worlds Season 4. It gives us a great view of Anson Mount as Captain Pike on a cowboy away mission. Paul Wesley is back as James T. Kirk, alongside Ethan Peck as Spock.
Additional images feature Martin Quinn as Scotty, Dan Jeanotte as Sam Kirk, Jess Bush as Christine Chapel, Rebecca Romijn as Una, Christina Chong as La’an Noonien-Singh, Melissa Navia as Erica Ortegas, Celia Rose Gooding as Uhura and finally Babs Olusanmokun as Dr M’Benga.
Set a course for Season 4 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Interestingly, the first episode airs around the time of San Diego Comic-Con 2026. However, it was last year that Paramount+ revealed the upcoming Puppet episode at SDCC. So, that should be exciting.
