NERD SEARCH: THE NEXT GENERATION – WIN A FREE COPY!

-

Christmas is upon us, and if we didn’t already have a plethora of Star Trek themed goodies to add to our collections, then here’s a new fun book to wrap up and stick under the tree for your favourite Trekkie. Released this week the book is available now and we have one free copy to give away to a lucky fan (entry details below).

ABOUT THE BOOK

Hero Collector are back with a new puzzle book, the follow-up to Glenn Dakin’s fun Star Trek Nerd Search: The Quibbles with Tribbles with the Star Trek: The Next Generation themed ‘Bloopers of the Borg‘.

“The new book – with detailed art by John Ross and Alan Craddock — challenges fans to find mistakes… mistakes made on purpose. Amongst the book’s 44 pages, Star Trek’s most formidable enemy, the Borg, have created time-traveling Chaos Cubes that break down our reality as we know it. It’s up to readers to spot the cubes and save Captain Picard’s voyages.”

The book’s pages are packed with illustrations in the series signature style, with bright, quirky cartoons and a myriad of details to take in.

“So, what’s in there? Continuity errors caused by the Chaos Cubes place The Next Gen characters in the wrong uniform, or in the incorrect scene, or even in an entirely different series…

Complicating the crises, the author Glenn Dakin has hidden 10 random items for every season of TNG in each scene.

Expect to see cranky Klingons, quirky “Q” madness, and the ever-avaricious Ferengi.

TNG episodes revisited include “Encounter at Farpoint,” “The Best of Both Worlds,” and “The Big Goodbye.”

Care to keep score? Assimilate points for every right answer as you chase the magic number, 1100100.”
