But with her stepping into a portal, where will she end up?

Star Trek: Section 31 Moves To Post-Production!

Actor Robert Kazinsky, who was among the seven new cast members announced on January 30th when filming had begun, revealed on Wednesday that filming had ended. Kazinsky took to Instagram to share a photo of what appears to be his wrap gift from the production, including a personalized note, a rose, a bottle of wine, and the seatback from his chair on the set of Section 31. In his Instagram story, he wrote, “That’s a wrap. Our journey has come to an end… at least for now.”

In an Instagram post, Kazinsky expressed his gratitude for his time filming “Section 31,” stating that it was one of the most memorable experiences of his life. He also shared his admiration for the Star Trek franchise and how it has always been a source of inspiration for him. Kazinsky then praised director Olatunde Osunsanmi for his exceptional leadership, calling him the best captain he has worked with. He also commended Michelle Yeoh for reprising her role as Emperor Phillipa Georgiou in Discovery.

Additional Cast Members for Star Trek: Section 31

With his Instagram post, Kazinsky also acknowledged the previously mentioned cast members, including Omari Hardwick, Sam Richardson, Kacey Rohl, Humberly Gonzalez, Sven Ruygrok, and James Hiroyuki Liao. He also tagged three additional actors, which Paramount+ did not initially announce: Miku Martineau (Honor Society), Joe Pingue (The Expanse), and Augusto Bitter (EZRA).

So far, we’ve only received a limited synopsis of Star Trek: Section 31. Although the first half doesn’t give us much, this description is vague. This simply describes Star Trek: Section 31, a secretive agency protecting the United Federation of Planets first established in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. However, the second part of this description gives us an idea about what we might see in this movie.

Tasked with protecting the United Federation of Planets, Georgiou also must face the sins of her past.
