Brent Spiner beams down to Destination Star Trek 2019!

Legendary Star Trek Actor, Brent Spiner, who is set to reprise his iconic role of “Data” in the upcoming Star Trek: Picard series next year, will beam down to meet fans at this years Destination Star Trek event.

Destination Star Trek, or DST for short, is Europe’s Biggest Official Star Trek Convention and will see many Trekkies and Trek alumni gather for a weekend of jam packed fun, including panels, photo sessions with iconic Trek locations and much more! If you’re a Star Trek fan in the United Kingdom, you won’t want to miss this event.

Friday August 30th originally brought some disappointment for event-goers, as Trek Legend Jonathan Frakes, who was scheduled to appear in October, was mentioned as having to pull out of the show due to conflicts with his directing schedule. Frakes is set to direct Episode 8 of Star Trek: Discovery Season 3. Luckily for those already planning to attend, the DST Team were on hand to cure the disappointment with the announcement of Brent Spiner appearing at the show instead.
